Which consist of very small structured learning groups with people who share the following in common, they are Super Committed and Have a Very High Level of Integrity, when they say they want to do something, they do it.

They also fit into one of two categories, either they are already living the life of their dreams and want more or they are very clear on what they want and why they want it and are working their tails off each day to start living the life of their dream.

Influence is when you, through your spoken words are able to gain the interest and trust of the prospect and get them to do exactly what you want them to do and have them think that it was their idea to begin with.

Now that is Power.

Many of you have indicated that you'd like to join one of these small groups. And there are some of you that we'd like to have.

There is no false scarcity here - We can take ANYONE who will be a positive addition to one of the groups. At the same time, it's also easy to turn someone away who isn't moving at the speed we're moving nor in the direction that we're moving.

So, who is a fit?

First of all - a real estate professional who is a 100% committed to mastering the art of influence, who will use its power for good and not evil. Someone who is a Doer, who will follow through on the daily homework.

Also, you need to work well in a group who is moving ULTRA fast and not be attached to drama. This is not a group where we 'talk about' succeeding a lot. It's a group where we 'go do it'... We apply what we learn each day and this is how we grow. If you want to keep talking about it and never go fail at it, you'll not get along with us - so best you don't even apply...

Finally: This will be VERY expensive (although it will be FAR less expensive than staying where you are!) So you can either save your investment and not experience the 'massive shift and upside that goes with it', or you can invest it and watch major results happen.

Plus, you'll be required to implement what you learn ...fast ...and share your results. (i.e "you gotta work".)

  • This is a 16 week training.

  • We meet each Monday via GoToMeeting, you must be in front of a computer, each member of the group can see each other, this keeps things personal and focused.

  • Each week you learn one new strategy.

  • The other 5 members in the group, each one of them is going to be your homework / practice partner for one day a week, this way you have a partner for each day of the week.

  • You will be added to a private Facebook group and each morning Tuesday thru Friday, I post the homework for the day, you complete the homework, post it in the comment section and I check it at the end of each day.


    • Having read this far what you are beginning to notice is that this is not just any learning program, this is a Learn & Do Program. It is in the doing where results begin to happen.

    Anyway, the application will come to me personally and one of two things will happen. One, I'll decide we're not a good match and I'll let you know politely and professionally. Or two, I'll decide we MIGHT be a good match and we'll have a chat or a call to see if we really are.
